Thank you for shopping with us at S&E Trendy Tees. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return and refund policy for custom t-shirts:

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for personalized or custom-designed t-shirts unless they meet the following conditions:

  • Defective products: If there is an issue with the quality of the print or material, or if your t-shirt is damaged upon arrival, we will offer a return or exchange.
  • Wrong order: If the wrong item is shipped to you (e.g., incorrect size, design, or color), we will offer a return or exchange.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@sandetrendytees.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.


3. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The original packaging should be included (if possible).
  • Custom orders that are made to your specific design or request are non-refundable unless they are defective.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Non-returnable Items

  • T-shirts with custom designs or text that were made per your order are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
