Thank you for shopping with us at S&E Trendy Tees. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return and refund policy for custom t-shirts:

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for personalized or custom-designed t-shirts unless they meet the following conditions:

Defective products: If there is an issue with the quality of the print or material, or if your t-shirt is damaged upon arrival, we will offer a return or exchange.
Wrong order: If the wrong item is shipped to you (e.g., incorrect size, design, or color), we will offer a return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our customer service team at support@sandetrendytees.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, photos of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

3. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
The original packaging should be included (if possible).
Custom orders that are made to your specific design or request are non-refundable unless they are defective.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-returnable Items

T-shirts with custom designs or text that were made per your order are not eligible for return unless defective.
Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
